    We had a delightful dinner for two on a Friday night. Service was prompt. Menu was varied. Not ideal for a vegetarian, but I managed. Meat lovers will rejoice there. Prices reasonable for NYC dining. Good wine list. Great desserts. Tables were a nice distance apart and the background music wasn't too loud, so you could actually have a conversation. Will definitely eat there again.

    We chose here for our date night and were happy to also discover it was restaurant week. From the greeting at the door to the wait staff being friendly we were anticipating a great meal and weren’t disappointed. The portions were smaller than normal but to be expected for restaurant week. Regardless every mouthful was divine and we left completely satisfied. The ambience made for a wonderful date night and the food worth every penny. We will definitely be back.

    Excellent food. Staff that is friendly without being annoying. The decor could use an update. Lighting is extremely dim and I, personally prefer getting a decent look at what I'm eating. But again, food was delicious.

    Bartenders were top notch, food was outstanding atmosphere was perfect. I'm from from the Midwest and Carbone's is a must when visiting the Hartford area!! 5 🌟 👏
